Optional Pre-Qualification Conference A pre-qualification virtual conference to answer questions concerning the project will be held on Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. via Microsoft Teams. Subconsultants are not required to attend. Those who wish to attend must click the link titled "Pre-Proposal Conference Meeting (Live)" on the project page will be provided prior to the conference date and time. Bidders must submit questions in writing and request information for this solicitation as specified in the RFSQ, Paragraph 1.9.
