Coaching Activities with specialization in advising the Management Theory in "The Leadership Pipeline: How to Build the Leadership Powered Company" by Messrs. Ram Charan, Steve Drotter, and Jim Noel. At Public Works sole discretion, the top two highest-rated contractors in each category (A, B, and C) may be designated to work with executive management on an alternating basis. All other work in each category will rotate through all contractors. Executive level management is defined as a senior manager or officer of a government agency comprised of 2,000 or more employees that is responsible for the day-to-day management of the agency as a whole or several large functions of an agency. Prior to the recommendation to award any contracts, the County reserves the right to increase the number of selected contractors in any category. Proposers may submit an SOQ for a contract under any or all of the three specialty categories listed above and must clearly indicate the submitted categories in their Form PW-21 Proposal Submission Form. The assignment of work will be in accordance with Exhibit A, Scope of Work, Section F, Assigning Work, on Page A.4. Minimum Mandatory Requirements: All proposers must meet all minimum requirements set forth in the RFSQ documents at the time of SOQs submission including, but not limited to: Important Note: Subcontracting is not allowed for this service. If a proposer makes reference to a subcontractor or if a proposer includes a list of subcontractors to perform the work requested, the proposal will be immediately disqualified. Proposing Entity must have a minimum of 5 years of experience within the past 10 years performing coaching services or professional development training to managers, supervisors, and/or groups comprised of three or more individuals. This information must be identified by the Proposer in the proposal and Form PW-19, Proposer's Compliance with the Minimum Mandatory Requirements of the RFSQ. 2. Proposing Entity must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with government agencies comprised of 2,000 or more employees. This information must be identified by the Proposer in the proposal and Form PW-19, Proposer's Compliance with the Minimum Mandatory Requirements of the RFSQ. 3. Proposing Entity must identify at least one Coaching Consultant that has a bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Business Administration or Public Administration with emphasis in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Public Policy, Social Science, Communication Arts, and/or other closely related field. A copy of the degree must be submitted with the proposal. This information must be identified by the proposer in the proposal and Form PW-19, Proposer's Compliance with the Minimum Mandatory Requirements of the RFSQ. 4. Proposing Entity's Coaching Consultant(s) identified on Form PW-19 must have at least 5 years of experience with two or more of the following management objectives (in addition to submitting a copy of their resume, proposer(s) must submit supporting documents to verify Consultant experience in two or more of these specific areas): • Improving leadership and decision-making skills • Enhancing job performance • Managing employees and workplace situations • Boosting employee morale • Creating a safe and ethical workplace • Improving teamwork • Enhancing interpersonal relationships • Self-management • Project Management • Succession planning This information must be identified by the proposer in the proposal and Form PW 19, Proposer's Compliance with the Minimum Mandatory Requirements of the RFSQ. The following Minimum Mandatory Requirement must also be met by proposers who wish to qualify for Specialty C, Coaching Activities with specialization in advising the Management Theory in "The Leadership Pipeline: How to Build the Leadership Powered Company" by Ram Charan, Steve Drotter, and Jim Noel. 5. Proposing Entity's Coaching Consultant must have at least 2 years of experience demonstrating training experience advising managers on the Management Theory in "The Leadership Pipeline: How to Build the Leadership Powered Company" by Ram Charan, Steve Drotter, and Jim Noel. This information must be identified by the Proposer in the proposal and Form PW-19, Proposer's Compliance with the Minimum Mandatory Requirements of the RFSQ.
