In Fiscal Year 2020-21, Public Works awarded over $1 billion worth of contracts, which helped create 12,394 jobs. The agency’s diverse workforce is comprised of approximately 4,000 employees in nearly 500 job classifications, including professional, technical, clerical, and skilled crafts.

The scope shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Demolish existing foundation pads, generator, and tower (cut existing tower foundation to 12" below grade and keep the rest of the tower foundation). Provide hazardous materials abatement as required per hazardous material report (Attachment C) Construct a new equipment building, emergency generator, and fuel tank with associated switchgear at the existing microwave tower site.
