The Los Angeles County Public Works (Public Works) is inviting proposals from qualified firms to provide On-Call Building evaluation services in accordance with the Real Property Acquisition and Evaluation Policy for the facilities located throughout the County of Los Angeles.

Upgrade of the central controller, annunciator, engine sensor and components; refurbishment of the existing engine starters and alternators and DC power junction boxes; construction of a new platform; and other appurtenant work.

Removal of stumps and trees, tree trimming, root pruning, and the performance of other incidental and appurtenant work.
