The Gateway Arch National Park (GANP) Law Enforcement Division/Physical Security Branch requires a complete system replacement, to include software and hardware, of the legacy Andover Continuum Operating system with an HSPD-12/FIPS 201-3 compliant Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Access Control System. While the system hardware shall be FIPS 201-3 compliant, FICAM software is not included in this project. However, any servers or prerequisite software to FICAM shall be provided and installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. The existing Andover Continuum Access Control System is spread between four buildings, and includes various control panels, card readers, and input/outputs. Existing and new system reprogramming, including but not limited to database reentry, alarm and video system integrations are also included with the new access control system.
