Developer is seeking qualified demolition contractors to completely dismantle or demolish any and all structures, foundations, footings, wells, existing buildings, pavement and canopies on the site and remove all material and debris therefrom. Some trees will be marked for removal as well. Any salvageable material found at the time of bid award shall be and become the property of the Contractor. Contractors are instructed to identify all items of value and locate suitable buyers for those items. Revenue from the sale or use of salvageable items shall be considered in the bid to reduce the cost of the demolition contract to GRG.
