The purpose of this acquisition is to establish an annual contract to provide a complete service-oriented Water Treatment program for the HVAC systems at buildings managed by Office of Management Enterprises (OMES), Capitol Assets and Management (CAM), Department of Office of Facilities Management (OFM).

The Project consists of rehabilitating two existing air handling units with a new direct drive fan wall system, chilled water cooling coil, and filter section. The two perimeter air distribution air handling units will be removed and replaced with new dedicated outside air units. The existing induction boxes will be abandoned in place and new four-pipe fan coil units will be installed above ceilings on each floor to provide perimeter air conditioning. Existing variable air volume boxes will be replaced as an alternate. Work also includes new electrical connections for the all equipment and replacing small sections of ceiling tiles.

The Project consists of the improvement of existing drainage conditions and public accessibility for the Oklahoma Governor's Mansion. This consists of demolition of existing storm sewer, pavement, sidewalk and curb and gutter to be replaced with new paving and storm sewer to an existing public storm sewer system. Additionally, new sidewalk/ ADA improvements along public right of way shall be included.

Upgrades to M.C. Connors & Oliver-Hodge buildings including electrical, plumbing, and other systems.

Demolition of existing air handling units, including demolition of penthouses required to move equipment in and out of the space. Installation of new air handling units. Repair of any other demolition taking place as required by the above outlined scope. Temporary air conditioning is to be provided to maintain building operations throughout construction.
