Sitka Transfer Station Upgrades

RFP Thomsen Harbor Lift Station
CBS wishes to select Design-Build team to design and reconstruct the Thomsen Harbor Lift Station. The scope of the Design-Build team’s work includes comprehensive engineering design and construction services that include, but are not limited to, surveying, engineering planning and design, permitting, public involvement and construction of a new lift station including wet well and valve vault, pumps, valves, associated appurtenances, disinfection system, upgraded electrical system, SCADA controls, generator and automatic transfer switch installation, that will deliver a completed project that operates efficiently, can be easily maintained by CBS staff, and has the proper redundancy and pumping capacity for current conditions and future growth.
