The City and Borough of Sitka (CBS) wishes to hire a qualified Firm to provide professional engineering services for the Sitka Paving Project 2016-2017 in Sitka, Alaska. The project will include, but is not necessarily limited to: full design and permitting as necessary to reconstruct Katlian Avenue from Lincoln Street to Halibut Point Road, Lincoln Street from Jeff Davis Street to the Sitka National Park Boundary, Gavin Street from Brady Street to Cascade Street, assistance with the bidding process, and construction phase support services.

This project consists of providing all labor, equipment and material necessary for the South Kramer debris removal & repair project. The project includes removal of debris, grading & resurfacing, ditching, repair of all water, sewer and storm drain utilities and other ancillary items required to complete the work.

Evaluation and Design of Electric Heating Systems in Municipal Buildings

This work consists of providing all labor, equipment, and material necessary for construction of the Harrigan Centennial Hall (HCH) Renewal Project. This work includes but is not limited to selective demolition and reconstruction of the existing facility, approximately 20,000 square feet, and new construction for its expansion of approximately 7,500 square feet. The work includes abatement of all hazardous materials, the removal and replacement of all building interior and exterior finishes and fenestration. All existing building systems, including mechanical, electrical, AV, life safety systems, etc., are to be removed and replaced with new energy efficient systems. Other work includes site paving, planting and furnishings, additive alternates, and other work items. Specific scope of Work is indicated on the DRAWINGS and in the specifications.
