Harrigan Centennial Hall Renewal
This work consists of providing all labor, equipment, and material necessary for construction of the Harrigan Centennial Hall (HCH) Renewal Project. This work includes but is not limited to selective demolition and reconstruction of the existing facility, approximately 20,000 square feet, and new construction for its expansion of approximately 7,500 square feet. The work includes abatement of all hazardous materials, the removal and replacement of all building interior and exterior finishes and fenestration. All existing building systems, including mechanical, electrical, AV, life safety systems, etc., are to be removed and replaced with new energy efficient systems. Other work includes site paving, planting and furnishings, additive alternates, and other work items. Specific scope of Work is indicated on the DRAWINGS and in the specifications.
