This project is located in Sitka, Alaska at the Crescent Harbor High-load dock. Work included under this Contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and other facilities necessary to complete the following: o Removal and disposal of existing materials o Timber pile repairs using pile jackets and pile wraps o Timber cross bracing replacement and repairs o Steel safety ladder replacement o Timber net shed column repairs o Timber Cap Beam Repairs o Timber Cap Beam Replacement (Additive Alternative)

CBS seeks to augment its existing Lineman Crew by soliciting a qualified Contractor that can provide, qualified labor to supplement the existing line crew in performing maintenance, repair, replacement, and improvement services on CBS infrastructure.

The City and Borough of Sitka (CBS) is soliciting qualifications-based proposals from consultants to populate its Professional Services Roster. The duration for this Roster is from June 12, 2024, through the remainder of calendar year 2025. CBS will utilize the Roster to select professional services throughout the duration of the Roster period. This solicitation will be posted on Bid Express and open to submission for the duration.
