RFP Transit Services between OSD & HCH
The City and Borough of Sitka (CBS) is requesting proposals from qualified entities (Contractor) to provide free transport services of cruise passengers and crew between Old Sitka Dock and Harrigan Centennial Hall parking area for the 2020 cruise ship season with one additional renewal options for one-year extension. The Assembly has approved (not to exceed) $204,000 for 2020 and $257,000 for 2021.

Sitka WWTP Rehabilitation
This work consists of providing all labor, equipment, and material necessary to rehabilitate the Sitka Wastewater Plant (WWTP) and requires the selective demolition and reconstruction of the existing building, including, but not limited to, hazardous materials abatement and disposal, demolition and replacement of the plant and clarifier building perimeter walls, demolition and replacement of exterior and interior windows and doors, interior partitions, finishes, building mechanical systems, electrical systems, including a new electrical service and transformer, generator, lighting, life safety, network, and building control systems. The Plant must remain operable and accessible to the Plant Operators during all phases of the Work.
