CIP 26-003 RTU Replacement at the Lucas County Emergency Services Building
The project includes HVAC upgrades to the Lucas County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) building. HVAC includes replacement of two packaged rooftop heating and cooling units and one multizone split system heat pump. Alternate 1 includes replacement of one additional packaged rooftop heating and cooling unit.
Mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for April 28th at 1:00 pm at 2144 Monroe Street, Toledo, Ohio.
