Lucas County Veterans Service Commission Request for Proposal - Office Space

The Lucas County Commissioners require the CMaR to support the design and exterior renovation of the Court of Common Pleas. The project will be comprehensive of all facades but could be phased to accommodate building operations as the contractor sees fit. The County is seeking a professional CMaR to assist with the phasing and sequencing of activities to deliver the most efficient means and methods for construction, working closely with the County and the County’s project team to identify the optimal solutions construction.

The project includes repairing and maintaining the fueling station pads at the vehicle maintenance building and repairing the correction center's sally port.

Repair of roofs for two Lucas County Facilities. One facility will be repair of flat rubber roofs and the other includes installing isocyanate overboard with mechanical fasteners.

Doors in the medical unit of the jail have fallen into disrepair and have become a safety concern for correction officers. New doors are needed to mitigate the problem and maintain the medical unit’s function for the remainder of the correction center. 24 doors are scheduled to be replaced.
