Replacement of existing roofing material with new epdm roof.

The Facilities Department has solicited professional design services and is prepared to advertise for electrical work required for furniture upgrades at the Lucas County Emergency Services Building located at 2144 Monroe Street, Toledo, Ohio 43604. The project will require multiple mobilizations and phasing for disconnecting, removing, and relocating existing 120v circuits and data cabling for furniture connections due to the building's 24 hour daily operation. Additionally, the electrical contractor will need to develop a construction schedule with the selected furniture vendor.

Demolition of the existing building located at 3815 W. Sylvania Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43623

This project includes the following exterior improvements: Replace existing deteriorating concrete stair and steel railings with new, re-set existing pavers adjacent to existing building entry, replace damaged concrete walkway and reinstall railing. Interior improvements include the following: replace existing exterior revolving entry door and sidelites with new storefront entry, install new interior sliding door system, relocate floor outlet, and finish work.

Asbestos and Hazardous Material Removal at the former Child Studies Institute located at 428 10th Street, Toledo, Ohio 43604. The building was built in 1950 and has sat vacant since 2001. It is currently in the design process for demolition and needs asbestos and hazardous material removed before full demolition.
