2026 Storm Sewer Lining
The work included in this project generally includes the televising, cleaning and lining of a 48” x 60” galvanized elliptical storm sewer with a UV Cured in place GRFP Liner, geopolymer spray applied pipe liner, or alternate trenchless lining solution. All proposed work shall meet all City, EPA requirements and ordinances of which the Contractor shall become familiar with. All storm service connections shall be located and properly maintained. This linear work shall start at the downstream end and work in the upstream direction. The trunk sewer begins at the main Gleneagles Golf Course Pond, down Hawkins to the rear yards and turns toward Glenwood Drive. This final section being lined begins at the intersection on Timothy/Hawkins junction chamber and heads east down Hawkins into the rear yards turning south and under Glenwood Drive, terminating at the manhole in the tree lawn. It is anticipated the upstream pond will require dewatering to a level that allows work to proceed. A siphon system for dewatering the main pond at the outlet on Timothy Lane is recommended, as it can provide the lowering over night with no noise related to a generator. Residential traffic must be maintained as this developments only ingress/egress is via Timothy Lane.

2024 Fitness Center Dehumidification Units and Roof Replacement
The work included in this project generally consists of replacing the existing dehumidification units and built-up roof system (approximately 13,000 square feet). The new roof is anticipated to be a single ply membrane roof assembly installed on the existing metal deck. The upper exterior wall assemblies shall be modified as required for the new roof, new roof drains provided, and heat tape installed at existing downspouts and gutters. Portions of the existing deck may need to be repaired after the existing built-up roof is removed; an allowance is included in the bid documents and the actual quantity and cost will be adjusted by change order. New dehumidification units with separate condensing section installed on new curbs. New controls. Upgrades to the Natatorium HVAC system including new supply and return air ducts. New pumps for the pool water heat recovery system. The scope includes interior selective demolition of walls and ceilings, replacement of ceiling tiles as shown on the drawings, and miscellaneous interior finishes. An optional pre-bid meeting will be held at the Fitness Center on Tuesday August 6th at 8:00 AM. The address for the Twinsburg Fitness Center is 10084 Ravenna Road, Twinsburg OH 44087.

Tinkers Creek Interceptor Sewer
The work for this project generally includes installation of approximately 1850 linear feet of 15” sanitary sewer parallel to an existing 15” sewer. After construction the two sewers will have connection at the manholes to allow the sewage to equalize and reduce the hydraulic grade line peak flows in the system. The project includes 4 new manholes, one dog house manhole, and one coring into existing manhole. Restoration of impacted turf, asphalt and storm sewers impacted during construction is required. Contractor shall visit the site to view existing conditions and base their bid accordingly. This project involves Wheeling and Lake Erie right of way at Glenwood Drive and impacts within these limits should be minimized.

2024 HVAC City-Wide Building Maintenance
Maintenance of HVAC equipment at all City owned buildings. HVAC Preventative Maintenance includes: 1. HVAC Preventative Maintenance 2. Coil Cleaning 3. Filter Changes per schedule 4. Drive Belt Changes once per year 5. HVAC Equipment Test and Calibration 6. Yearly System/Component Review 7. Yearly System/Component Review Report During the month of July each year the Contractor shall provide a report to the City showing all equipment replacements necessary in the following year, within 3 years, and within 5 years. This report shall include: -Equipment Description -Equipment Location -Cost Estimate of Replacement Duration of the Contract will be for three (3) years commencing on or about July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027. All HVAC equipment, appurtenant devices and systems that are related to the HVAC systems are the equipment to be maintained. The equipment not to be maintained under this contract are such items as foundations, structural supports, domestic water non-maintainable lines, drain plumbing, gas refrigerant lines, unit cabinets, cooling tower structure, etc.

Glen Chamberlin Restroom (Rebid)

2024 East Idlewood Pedestrian Bridge Replacment
This project includes the demolition and replacement of the existing single span steel truss trail bridge with a new, single span steel truss pedestrian bridge on concrete abutments, raising the bridge by 4.5’, ADA compliant sidewalk and ADA ramps and landings. 2024 Roadway Striping Project
This project consists of re-painting existing traffic lane lines, stop bars, cross walks, lane arrows, and other pavement markings throughout the City, with certain restrictions as denoted herein. The roadway restriping project will begin June 9th and be completed by July 28th. The City has the right to award this project to the lowest, competent and most responsible bidder.

2024 Glenwood Drive Waterline (OPWC Funded)
The work included in this project generally includes installation of 12” ductile iron water main, line valves, new hydrant assemblies and water service connections on Glenwood Drive. All proposed work shall meet all City, EPA and CWD requirements and ordinances of which the Contractor must become familiar with. Various improvements shown on plans are approximate only which the contractor shall verify location and elevation before installing. Contractor shall use all available resources in protecting and supporting the existing storm sewer, water line and utility poles at all times, especially during excavation. Stationing and locations shown on the improvement plans are approximate. Most locations and items are called out by station and offset and are subject to adjustment in the field.
