Construction of a 8,805 SF metal truss pavilion/covered parking structure per the plans and specifications. The bid shall include labor, material, equipment, services and transportation necessary to construct the entire project within the timeframe of two hundred and forty (240) calendar days. The work shall include utility connections and other work indicated, or reasonably implied, unless specifically indicated "Not in Contract."

The City of Hammond is requesting competitive sealed proposals from qualified contractors interested in contracting with the City of Hammond to provide building demolition services for the removal and clean-up of a site located at 501 W. Coleman St., Hammond, Louisiana. Asbestos assessment has been completed to identify the Asbestos-Containing Materials (ACMs) present at the 501 W. Coleman St. building.

The City of Hammond (hereinafter referred to as "OWNER") is seeking qualified utility contractors for the purpose of: Locating and tying-in to an existing water main along Industrial Park Rd., installing 530 LF of 6” water main, installing 1 EA in-line tapping sleeve and valve assembly (size to be field verified), installing 2 EA 6” gate valve and boxes, installing 1 EA fire hydrant assembly (flush mount type), 70 LF of jack & bore/directional bore water line; installing 600 LF of 8” sanitary sewer lines (gravity), installing 32 VF of new SS manholes, 118 LF of jack & bore/directional bore sanitary sewer line; construction. traffic signage; miscellaneous sitework & erosion control; and related work as called for on the drawings, indicated on the Bid Form, or reasonably implied. The contract term is for forty-five (45) calendar days. The term shall commence with the written "Notice to Proceed", or ten (10) calendar days after the date of execution of the Owner-Contractor Agreement, whichever is sooner. The contract term shall terminate on August 22, 2024.

Installation of sub-surface drainage improvements at 5 locations within the corporate limits of Hammond, including about 3,840 LF of storm drain pipes (8"/12" to 36" diameter), 67 EA catch basins; removal/replacement of about 945 SY of 6" th PCC driveways and 8" th PCC street pavements; 4,900 SY of slab-sod; installation of about 36.0 SY of 6" thick PC concrete sidewalks; and related work including limestone (230.0 TN), imported Backfill (384.0 CY); pavement sawcut (1,620 LF); limestone rip-rap (110.0 SY); excavation of Type II ditches (1,300 LF); construction/traffic signage; miscellaneous sitework & erosion control; and related work as called for on the drawings, indicated on the Bid Form, or reasonably implied. Improvements to the HAEIDD lift station (LS#51) and force main through installation of new duplex submersible pumping equipment (800 GPM@ 60' TDH)(dry pit application), installation of a new twelve-inch inner diameter (12" I.D.) force main (PE/PVC) (18,300 LF), installation of air release valves, haul-in, grade, compact backfill and limestone, installation of new electrical controls, installation of force main bypass assembly, including but not limited to, yard piping, clearing & grubbing, and other tasks as shown on the drawings, indicated on the Bid Form, or reasonably implied.
