RFP 26-16 FIREFIGHTER CANCER SCREENING SERVICES
The City of Hammond, Louisiana, is seeking proposals from qualified physicians, clinics, and/or medical service providers to provide comprehensive cancer screening examinations for active and retired firefighters. The selected vendor shall provide all necessary equipment, staffing, facilities (or mobile screening capabilities), reporting, and data management to deliver the required medical services.
This RFP is issued pursuant to R.S. 33:2581.4 (2024 Regular Session, House Bill No. 253) and applies to classified, full-time paid firefighters of the City of Hammond and eligible retired firefighters, including those retired due to disability. Firefighters who resigned or were terminated from employment are not eligible for cancer screening examinations under this program.

RFP 26-14 Contract Laboratory Services
The overall scope of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide
the City of Hammond with a cost-effective solution to compliance
with their NPDES Permit. This includes but is not limited to sample
pickup five days a week (including holidays) of that have been
collected by Hammond Staff. Samples are to be analyzed by a
Louisiana accredited laboratory directly by Louisiana
Environmental Lab Accreditation Program (LELAP) or The Nelac
Institute (TNI.) Reports and Invoices are to be delivered

RFP 23-49 City of Hammond Recycling Collection Services
Contractor provides the 30-yard roll-off dumpster and empties the dumpster as needed, up to three (3) times per month. The base service will consist of the Contractor collecting, hauling and processing recyclable materials from this single-stream drop-off location to an appropriate material recycling facility or facilities, depending on the type of recyclables collected and processed. Contractor will submit monthly reports and/or tickets documenting the total volume of recyclables collected and accepted at the processing facility and whether any recyclables were refused due to contamination and what quantity was transported to the landfill.

RFP 23-42 Clarke Park Playground Improvements
New playground components, including a shaded playstructure for 2–5-year-olds, a seesaw for 2–12-year-olds, and swings, will be constructed on an existing concrete slab centrally located in the park. Surface-mounted components are preferred. For in-ground-mounted components, the Contractor will be required to drill/cut through 6"-thick concrete and to replace excavated concrete with concrete that is at a minimum of the same thickness and strength and that meets or exceeds the component manufacturer's installation requirements (e.g. for footers).
