The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, testing, and materials
necessary to complete drainage improvements in accordance with the construction
plans and specifications for the Rosedown Subdivision, located in Mandeville,
Louisiana, 70471. The work includes replacement of existing drainage
infrastructure along Camden Court, construction of a new concrete-lined channel
to Lake Vista Drive, replacement of culverts under Lake Vista Drive, and all

Justice Center Boilers--------------------------Base Bid to include the removal of (2) existing hot water heating boilers with (1) new boiler to be replaced in a configuration similar to existing. Piping for the second boiler shall be stubbed out and capped for future replacement. A rental boiler shall be included to maintain building heating during the project. A new opening and roll door in the boiler room wall to be installed to accommodate boiler removal and installation as well as future service. The door to the loading dock area will be replaced with a pair of 3'-0" x 8'-0" hollow metal doors and hardware to accommodate boiler replacement.

Plastic Pavement marking placement shall be in accordance with section 732 of LADOTD Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridges. This work shall be in compliance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Controls Devices (MUTCD). Plastic pavement markings include stripes, gore markings, lines, legends, and symbols.

Submersible Wastewater Pumps--------St. Tammany Parish Government Department of Utilities (STPG) is seeking bids for submersible wastewater pumps. The awarded Vendor shall be used by STPG to purchase submersible wastewater in quantities indicated. STPG reserves the right to order pumps at any time during the year and in any quantity (no minimum order).
All products shall be new and of current manufacture. Where specified on the bid sheets, prices shall be for the approved Make/Brand or a Prior Approved Equal by the Parish. Where the specifications do not indicate an Approved Make/Brand for an item, the Parish has no preference. The name of any manufacturer mentioned in the specifications is for the purpose of establishing a minimum acceptable standard of quality desired by the Parish. All products bid must have prior approval as “Prior Approved Equivalents”.
