Project Description: Site improvements for existing Central Sports Park shall include two main components:
1. The first component includes retrofitting three baseball fields with artificial turf for the infield area of each respective field. This includes demolition, removal, working around/relocating existing irrigation, grading, drainage, sitework, supplying and installing artificial turf and base course, and other miscellaneous site construction as detailed in the construction drawings & specifications.
2. The second component (Add Alternates 1 & 2) includes installing shade structures over the existing baseball field bleachers as detailed in the construction drawings & specifications
