The new Convention Street Park will be a three-quarter acre urban park located in downtown Baton Rouge. The scope of work for this project will include concrete walkways, site furnishings, a custom steel and wood pergola, entry plazas with concrete unit pavers, custom signage, fencing, grading and drainage, an open lawn area, landscaping, tree planting, irrigation, concrete seating walls and retaining walls, decorative concrete treatments and an urban rain garden.

The scope of work shall consist of the removal of previously determined asbestos containing building materials, removal of building contents, demolition of buildings on site, and surrounding concrete pavement, backfilling the lot, seeding the site and other miscellaneous work as detailed in the construction drawings & specifications.
