Brief Scope: The work consists of the Contractor providing all labor, materials, and equipment to remove and install owner provided hot water tank. Additional work will include replacement of two pumps, relocating an existing air compressor, and relocating the interior gas meter to the exterior of the building in accordance with design documents dated 5/31/24.
