Scope of Work: The work consists of, but is not limited to, construction, alteration, modification, maintenance and repair to UAA owned and leased facilities and its extended campus facilities located with the State of Alaska. The work includes all materials, supplies, labor and equipment required and necessary to complete the scope of work described in each work order. The total quantity of work ordered during the first contract period, and any subsequent renewal period, will typically not be less than $5,000 nor more than $100,000 per work order with a not to exceed aggregate total of $3.5 million during any one-year contract period. Individual work order authorizations may exceed $100,000, up to $500,000, based on need at the sole discretion of the University.
