1.1 Scope: The City of Columbus, Department of Public Service is receiving bids until November 20, 2025, at 1:00 PM local time, for construction services for the Roadway Improvements – Hard Road Water Quality & Smoky Row Road Drainage Revisions project. Bids are to be submitted only at www.bidexpress.com. Hard copies shall not be accepted.
The Hard Road Water Quality portion of the project involves installing several water quality structures on Hard Road between Sawmill Road and Smoky Row Road. The project includes replacement of existing roadway pavement, curbs, sidewalks, curb ramps, and pavement markings. The project also includes relocation of an existing waterline, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, as set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB).
The Smoky Row Road Drainage Improvements portion of the project involves the installation of several drainage structures and associated storm pipes. The project includes replacement of existing roadway pavement, curbs, sidewalks, curb ramps, pavement markings, signage, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, as set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB).

1.1 Scope: The City of Columbus, Department of Public Service is receiving bids until December 4, 2025, at 1:00 PM local time, for construction services for the Roadway – Blossom Field Boulevard – Broad Street to Westbourne Avenue project. This project involves the improvement of approximately 0.32 miles of Blossom Field Boulevard, between East Broad Street and Westbourne Avenue, by resurfacing and pavement removal. In addition to this work will be the placement of a roundabout at the intersection of Blossom Field Boulevard/Granite Pointe Drive/Westbourne Avenue. Resurfacing 2020 Project 1
The City of Columbus, Department of Public Service is receiving bids until February 20, 2020, at 1:00 P.M. local time, for construction services for the Resurfacing - 2020 Project 1 project. Bids are to be submitted only at www.bidexpress.com. Hard copies shall not be accepted.
The scope for this project consists of repairing and resurfacing 102 streets and constructing 486 ADA curb ramps along those streets. The work consists of milling the existing pavement, overlaying with new asphalt concrete, minor curb replacement, replacing curb and sidewalk associated with installing ADA wheelchair ramps, full depth pavement repair (where warranted and as called for in the plans), and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, plans at 1855 Drawer A, and City of Columbus Construction and Material specifications set forth in the Invitation For Bid (IFB).

The project for which proposals are invited consists of the shifting of the southbound left turn lane at the intersection of Cleveland Ave with SR161. Only ODOT pre-qualified contractors are eligible to submit bids for this PROJECT.
