This project is for construction of a new building, partial renovation of E Building (constructed in 1973), demolition of a modular building, and replacement of primary electrical infrastructure on the Bunker Hill Community College Charlestown Campus. This project involves phased replacement of the campus electrical service and phased removal of portions of the existing service as a predecessor to a larger building project. This project is a comprehensive modernization of an existing 420,000 GSF hospital building in the South End neighborhood of Boston to serve as a replacement for the existing Lemuel Shattuck Hospital in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston. The existing building consists of two interconnected buildings. Most of the building systems will be modernized in some fashion, and the remainder will be replaced in their entirety.
