The project consists of an interior renovation of approximately 5,000 SF of currently unoccupied space on Level 13 of the McCormack Building. Plymouth County Sheriff Roof Replacement - Phase 2, Plymouth, MA. The project is the second phase roof replacement of the SDP Plymouth County Sheriff Department building. The areas to be reroofed comprise approximately 68,000 square feet out of the entire approximate 170,000 square foot roof. The new roof assembly will consist of vapor retarder, two layers of insulation (R-30 minimum), cover board, and PVC roof membrane. This Project consists of a comparative case study for the deconstruction of Building 7 - Hillside Ward and the demolition of Building 8 - Hampden Ward on the campus of Monson State Hospital. Abatement of hazardous materials is required in both structures prior to deconstruction or demolition activities.
