DOC - MCI Gardner - Thompson Hall Ventilation System Update, Gardner, MA. This Project is for renovation of an existing occupied correctional facility that includes upgraded mechanical, electrical and structural systems. The building will remain occupied during construction. All means of egress, fire alarm, security cameras and fire suppression systems must remain in full operation. This Project includes the following Filed Sub-Bids: Masonry; Miscellaneous & Ornamental Iron; Acoustical Tile; Painting; Fire Protection; HVAC; Electrical. The Category of Work is General Building Construction. Please see the SSI Attachment: Security Acknowledgment Form. DCP - McCormack Building - Automatic Transfer Switch Study (Phase 1 Equipment Purchase), One Ashburton Place, Boston, MA. This Project is for procurement and delivery of equipment as specified within the project specifications. Equipment will be delivered and stored within the McCormack State Office Building. No installation is included in this Contract. This Project bid in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30 Section 39M.
