Request for Qualifications for Trade Contractors for Four (4) Trade Contractor Packages: Early Masonry ($3,300,000); Early Fire Protection Sprinkler System ($180,000); Early Plumbing ($400,000); Early Electrical ($100,000), for Salem State University – SSU BOLD – Modernization of Science Labs and Health Sciences, Salem, MA. This Project is for a new wing addition to the Meier Hall Science Center, which contains seven teaching labs and related prep spaces, and the complete renovation of the Horace Mann Building. The Construction Manager is Gilbane Building Company.

DCP - Danvers State Hospital - Power Plant Demolition and Remediation, Danvers, MA. This Project is for remediation of hazardous materials and demolition of a boiler plant and ancillary structures, including the removal of an underground fuel storage tank and contaminated soils. The Category of Work is General Building Construction OR Demolition.

SDB - Berkshire Sheriff Security System Upgrades, Pittsfield, MA. This Project is for renovation of Sheriff detention buildings and campus site perimeter fencing/gates. Replace PLC controls and security system. Replace UPS. Renovate the public restrooms and water fountain. Replace the public reception desk and existing entry gate. This project includes the following Filed Sub-Bids: Masonry; Resilient Floors; Painting; Plumbing; HVAC; Electrical. The Category of Work is General Building Construction. Request for Qualifications for Three (3) Trade Contractor Packages: Early Plumbing ($54,305); Early HVAC ($62,005); Early Electrical ($49,719), for IQ Center - Quinsigamond Community College, Worcester, MA. This Project is a complete renovation of an existing 50,000 sq. ft. athletic building being fit out into an accessible Student Center with active-learning classrooms, student life/student success spaces, collaboration/study spaces, wellness spaces, café/nutrition lab, and multi-purpose rooms.
