This Project is a complete renovation of an existing 50,000 sq. ft. athletic building being fit out into an accessible Student Center with active-learning classrooms, student life/student success spaces, collaboration/study spaces, wellness spaces, cafe/nutrition lab, and multi-purpose rooms. SDE - Essex Sheriff Security System Upgrade, Middleton, MA. This Project is for the renovation of certain security systems as well as campus site perimeter fencing/gates.
