SCOPE OF WORK:
Project consists of replacement of removal of approximately 6,330sf of existing asphalt roof to decking and installation of
new standing seam metal roof system, including sheathing replacement as required, underlayment, ice and water shield at 3’
from all edges and ridges, snow and ice guards as shown on plan, and metal roof system as specified.
Repair and replace penetrations, flashing, and sheathing as required. Gutters, fascia boards, soffits, and other adjacent items
to remain and to be protected during duration of project. If removal is required, protect items, and reinstall.
Coordinate with owner penetration and relocation of free laying cabling on roof.

Work area: 6,836 SF.
Occupant load for work area: 342
Partial demolition of existing offices & open work area to accommodate New conference room & a training room. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:
1. Demolish (3) non-structural walls
2. Construct and finish (12) new non-structural walls
3. Relocate existing light fixture(s) and ceiling speaker(s) as needed
4. Relocate / add existing HVAC devices (return and supply) as needed
5. Partially demolish existing ceiling & install new
6. Reuse existing ceiling tiles
7. Fire suppression: reconfigure / modify existing as needed. Contractor to establish fire suppression scope of work & provide Necessary permits.
8. Emergency lighting: reconfigure / modify existing as needed
9. No plumbing work
10. Owner to relocate existing floor boxes
11. Owner to relocate existing loose furniture
Note: Owner to provide building general, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plan approval.
Contractor is responsible for securing fire protection and fire suppression approvals.

5. Provide new temperature sensor for each VAV box. Provide new control wiring for the existing VAV box.
