The scope of work for this project includes:
1. Complete demolition of the old Ohio State Highway Patrol Post Building. Demolition is to include the building, building foundation, all interior components, disconnection of all connected utilities, and removal of the specified surrounding site components.
2. After building demolition is complete all debris is to be taken off site. The building footprint is to be backfilled with compacted engineered fill and the site is to be re-graded.
3. Limestone surface course is to be spread in the location specified on plan. Topsoil and seeding is to be spread as indicated.
4. Removal of three (3) tree stumps from property.
5. Removal all freon from HVAC units by a licensed HVAC technician.
