Title: CLA - Yellow Springs St. Recon, PH 2, PID 109607 Project Description: Reconstruct asphalt roadway from W. Grand Avenue to W. Pleasant Street. Construction includes drainage improvements, new curb and gutter, concrete walk, ADA curb ramp improvements and retaining walls. Utility work includes sanitary sewer lining, waterline installation and water service replacements. The project will also reconstruct the existing span wire signal at Fair Street. Replacement includes signals on mast arms and updated pedestrian facilities.
