The City and Borough of Sitka (CBS) is requesting bids from qualified firms to provide all labor, equipment and materials necessary for completion of the Green Lake Hydroelectric Project Rehabilitation Phase 1, located at CBS owned Green Lake Hydroelectric Project near Sitka, Alaska. The scope of work includes rehabilitation of the water intake structures, intake gate and hydraulic hoist and piping, painting, grout repairs to concrete tunnel, replacement of powerhouse piping, and turbine generator inspections.

This work consists of providing all labor, equipment, and material necessary to rehabilitate the Sitka Wastewater Plant (WWTP) and requires the selective demolition and reconstruction of the existing building, including, but not limited to, hazardous materials abatement and disposal, demolition and replacement of the plant and clarifier building perimeter walls, demolition and replacement of exterior and interior windows and doors, interior partitions, finishes, building mechanical systems, electrical systems, including a new electrical service and transformer, generator, lighting, life safety, network, and building control systems. The Plant must remain operable and accessible to the Plant Operators during all phases of the Work.
