Traffic Signal Maintenance - Statewide The project consists of providing on-call maintenance, repair, emergency response, modification, and upgrade services for traffic signal and traffic control systems, as directed by the Engineer. Work shall include preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, knockdown restoration, equipment replacement, and system improvements necessary to maintain proper operation. The estimated project cost is $ 2,500,000.00 The work is to be accomplished within 730 calendar days of notice to proceed. An award will not be made to a Contractor who is not pre-qualified by MassDOT prior to the opening of Proposals.
