Work will include all labor, materials and equipment needed to address individual plumbing repairs, equipment and fixture replacement, small renovation projects, required permitting and other associated work needed to adequately complete individual projects. The estimated project: 4,000,000.00 The work is to be accomplished within 1095 calendar days of notice to proceed. Liquidated damages in the amount of $ 500. per day will be assessed if the work has not been completed in accordance with the provisions of the contract within the time specified (as extended by any authorized extension of time granted in accordance with the contract provisions). The proposed contract includes a requirement of 6% of the bid price for minority-owned business enterprises and a requirement of 10% for women-owned business enterprises. The applicable local minority workforce utilization percentage is a minimum requirement of 15.3%. The applicable local women workforce utilization percentage is a minimum requirement of 6.9%. Savoy SF Bathroom (rebid) 313 Central Shaft Road, Florida, MA 01247 The project scope is to replace the existing campground comfort station with a new pre-designed, prefabricated Modular Bathroom with showers, including a cast-in-place foundation system. The new building will be fully ADA compliant and include a minimum of 4 toilets, showers, sinks, and a dishwashing station and will be insulated for year-round operation. The building shall be constructed of durable materials (preference is cast concrete walls) with a finish texture(s) compatible to a forest setting. The Contractor shall full install the new building including disconnection of the existing comfort station and connecting the new bathroom to existing site utilities. The applicable state building, plumbing and electrical codes shall apply, and the building should be fully approved for use in Massachusetts.
