The Greene County Sanitary Engineering Department (GCSED) invites qualified, interested firms to submit proposals for professional services to perform program management, surveying, engineering and contractor coordination services. These services will be utilized for special projects at the County’s WRRF Plants on an as-needed basis. Sealed proposals will be received by the Greene County Sanitary Engineering Department, 667 Dayton-Xenia Road, Xenia, Ohio 45385-2605, until 4:00 p.m., Friday, February 13, 2026. One (1) electronic version and five (5) sets of proposals shall be provided in a sealed envelope identified as “As Needed Water Resource Recovery Facility Engineering Services”, with the full name and address of the Respondent on the outside of the envelope.

This project includes the installation and connection of approximately 100 linear feet of fully restrained 16-inch ductile iron piping, pipe fittings, aluminum wrapping and insulation, an inline flow meter, a 16-inch butterfly valve, an 8-inch pressure relief valve, and a 2-inch air vacuum release valve assembly to the existing raw water system of Greene County Sanitary Engineering Department. The project is located in the City of Beavercreek, Greene County, Ohio.

The project includes replacement of influent bar screens, the addition of slide gates and construction of a transfer line, and other modifications to the headworks at the Beavercreek WRRF, operated by Greene County Sanitary Engineering.

This contract is an agreement to furnish the chemical(s) listed in the bid blank at stated unit prices when requested by the Owner, defined as the Greene County Board of Commissioners or the Greene County Sanitary Engineering Department (collectively known as “County”). The County reserves the right to award any or all or parts of this bid and make a non-exclusive award. Conditional bids with restrictions may be accepted or rejected at the discretion of the County. Only the product manufacturer shall place a bid.
