Mill and finish course, full depth asphalt replacement, seeding of disturbed areas, and temporary traffic control are also included in the project scope. As-Needed Water Resource Recovery Facility Engineering Services
The Greene County Sanitary Engineering Department (GCSED) invites qualified, interested firms to submit proposals for professional services to perform program management, surveying, engineering and contractor coordination services. These services will be utilized for special projects at the County’s WRRF Plants on an as-needed basis.
