The Board of County Commissioners of Greene County, Ohio along with the Greene County Sanitary Engineering Department in accordance with ORC 153.65- 153.70 is seeking the services of qualified, interested contractors to provide reliable, cost-effective, long-term management of all dewatered solids produced at the County's Sugarcreek and Beavercreek Water Resource Recovery Facilities (WRRF's). Sealed proposals will be received by the Greene County Sanitary Engineering Department, 667 Dayton-Xenia Road, Xenia, Ohio 45385-2605, until 4:00 p.m., Friday, December 8, 2023. One (1) electronic version and five (5) sets of proposals shall be provided in a sealed envelope identified as “Solids Management Services”, with the full name and address of the Respondent on the outside of the envelope.

The Board of Greene County Commissioners seeks a qualified Independent Contractor to collect and manage Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) for the Sanitary Engineering Department, Environmental Services Division.

The Project consists of one prime contract for construction of approximately 8,700 linear feet of 10-inch HDPE membrane concentrate discharge piping from the Northwest Regional Water Treatment Plant to the intersection of US 35 and Factory Road. The Project also consists of approximately 1,400 linear feet of Horizontal Directional Drill of 10-inch HDPE under the Little Beavercreek and approximately 240 linear feet of Jacking and Boring 20-inch steel casing with 10-inch HDPE carrier pipe under Dayton-Xenia Road. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held via Zoom on August 22, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.

The Project consists of the remaining portion of the overall water system improvements project in progress, Contract "A", for the work associated with the Upper and Lower System Connections. The Project will serve the Village of Spring Valley, Ohio located in Greene County, Ohio.

The Project consists of one prime contract for construction of a replacement of the existing WRRF with a new packaged WRRF; design, removal and replacement of electrical system from the main feed to the generator and from the main feed to existing electrified devices and equipment; construction of a new precast concrete operations building, including design and construction of the supporting slab; rehabilitation of the tertiary filters including removal and replacement of the sand, gravel, and piping, raising of the filter cell walls; construction of a new ultraviolet disinfection system; construction of a new influent flow metering manhole with flow meter; construction improvements to multiple structures to raise their operating elevation by two feet; and other site improvements to supply equal treatment capacity and comply with the existing permit. The Project is located at 3865 SR 72, Cedarville, OH 45314. A NON-MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held via Zoom on February 28, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.
