The Project consists of one prime contract for construction of a replacement of the existing WRRF with a new packaged WRRF; design, removal and replacement of electrical system from the main feed to the generator and from the main feed to existing electrified devices and equipment; construction of a new precast concrete operations building, including design and construction of the supporting slab; rehabilitation of the tertiary filters including removal and replacement of the sand, gravel, and piping, raising of the filter cell walls; construction of a new ultraviolet disinfection system; construction of a new influent flow metering manhole with flow meter; construction improvements to multiple structures to raise their operating elevation by two feet; and other site improvements to supply equal treatment capacity and comply with the existing permit. This project includes the replacement of gabion baskets and installation of a gabion blanket in the Little Sugar Creek near Brown Road, along an existing sanitary sewer alignment. This also includes bypass pumping of the creek and erosion/sediment control of the disturbed area. The work is to be completed in the existing sanitary sewer easement, and temporary construction easements. The project is located in the Sugarcreek Township, Greene County, Ohio. This project includes all labor, equipment, materials, tools and services necessary to complete all work for the upgrade of water wells PW-8, PW-9, PW-10, and PW-11, including its well pump, electrical and raw water line modifications. The project is located at the Greene County Valley Springs Wellfield along US-35 in Beavercreek Township, Greene County, Ohio. A NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID will be held via ZOOM on August 16, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.

This project consists of one prime contract to supply a new remote site radio network throughout Greene County, Ohio. This includes but is not limited to furnishing, installing, configuring, and testing 5.8 GHz backhaul radios, 900 MHz spread spectrum radios, 220 MHz licensed radios, antennas, masts/poles/towers, cables, adapters, hangers, brackets, and appurtenances to over thirty-five (35) sites.
