The Board of County Commissioners of Greene County, Ohio along with the Greene County Sanitary Engineering Department in accordance with ORC 153.65-153.70 is seeking the services of a Qualified Engineering Firm for professional services to perform support and maintenance services on an as-needed basis for the County's water and wastewater SCADA networks. The successful firm shall meet the requirements for qualifications as listed in the ORC 153.65 (D) and have on staff a minimum of one licensed or accredited professional for each of the services required. Sealed proposals will be received by the Greene County Sanitary Engineering Department, 667 Dayton-Xenia Road, Xenia, Ohio 45385, until 4:00 p.m., Friday, November 7, 2024, for As-Needed SCADA Support. One (1) electronic version and five (5) sets of proposals shall be provided in a sealed envelope identified as “As Needed SCADA Support”, with the full name and address of the Respondent on the outside of the envelope. Greene County shall determine the best responsive firm based solely on the information contained in each proposal received.

The Project consists of one prime contract for construction of approximately 10,330 feet of PVC water main, of which approximately 920 feet is installed by horizontal directional drilling, and approximately 246 feet is installed by jacking and boring. The project is located in Beavercreek Township, Greene County, Ohio.

This project includes the replacement of medium voltage switchgear components, two generator controllers, battery bank and rack, and performing testing. The project is located in the City of Beavercreek, Greene County, Ohio.
