RFP As-Needed SCADA Support
The Board of County Commissioners of Greene County, Ohio along with the Greene County Sanitary Engineering Department in accordance with ORC 153.65-153.70 is seeking the services of a Qualified Engineering Firm for professional services to perform support and maintenance services on an as-needed basis for the County's water and wastewater SCADA networks. The successful firm shall meet the requirements for qualifications as listed in the ORC 153.65 (D) and have on staff a minimum of one licensed or accredited professional for each of the services required. Sealed proposals will be received by the Greene County Sanitary Engineering Department, 667 Dayton-Xenia Road, Xenia, Ohio 45385, until 4:00 p.m., Friday, November 7, 2024, for As-Needed SCADA Support. One (1) electronic version and five (5) sets of proposals shall be provided in a sealed envelope identified as “As Needed SCADA Support”, with the full name and address of the Respondent on the outside of the envelope. Greene County shall determine the best responsive firm based solely on the information contained in each proposal received.

2306SA Clearview Court Sanitary Repair
This project includes the emergency repair of a stream crossing of a tributary to Little Sugar Creek near Clearview Court. The existing concrete encased 8-inch encased PVC pipe crosses the creek between two (2) manholes, which spans approximately 127 feet. The sewer pipe will be secured by the construction of a Gabion wall system with flowable fill under the pipe to provide structural support. The project is located in the Sugarcreek Township, Greene County, Ohio. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on September 3, 2024, via Zoom & in-person at the 667 Dayton-Xenia Road, Xenia Ohio 45385 (Greene County Sanitary Engineering Department). 2020WA-1 Hilltop Wellfield Development
The Project consists of one prime contract for construction of a new, one-story Electrical and Control Building to house the County’s existing 500 kW engine-generator to be relocated, new fuel storage tank and fill station, asphalt access drive and concrete parking area, and associated electrical and control equipment to be housed in the building. Project also includes conversion of three existing test production wells into permanent supply wells with vertical submersible pumps, associated raw water discharge piping, valve vaults, and structural platforms elevated out of the floodplain to house local electrical and control equipment. RFP Permitting and Plan Review Technology Selection and Implementation
The purpose of this request for proposal (RFP) is to select a consultant and software implementation team (Proposed Team) to provide Greene County with a cloud-based permitting and plan review technology solution, configured and implemented as defined in this RFP. The primary objectives of the implemented technology solution are 1) to provide Greene County Customers with a “One-Stop” online portal to support Customers with submitting permits and plans and understanding the process to follow, while tracking progress in alignment with key milestone activities; and 2) to support Greene County staff from various groups with coordinating plan and permit application reviews, permit processing and inspections, while providing access to needed information in a timely manner to ensure efficient workflow. The technology solution shall also be configured to display processing times/activities in a dashboard format.
