Off Campus Kenai Firefighting Foam Mitigation The Work consists of excavating and disposing of Perfluoroalky- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) contaminated soil from a site in Kenai, Alaska. The work will consist of excavating, stockpiling, transporting, and treating PFAS contaminated soil. The minimum volume of soil to be disposed of is 500 cubic yards. Work will include backfilling an equal volume of soil. All work will be coordinated by the Owner’s Environmental Consultant and all work will be done in accordance with the ADEC approved Excavation Sampling and Analysis Plan dated March 1, 2021. Parking Lot Headbolt Replacement Phase 1 The Work consists of replacing the headbolt outlet system for the Bunnell Parking Lot (3G). All existing headbolt posts will be demolished and replaced with new precast concrete posts. The transformer and switchboard for the west half of the lot will be demolished. The transformer for the east half of the lot will be relocated, and a new 12,470V primary feeder will be installed from the utilidor blister. A new owner furnished, contractor installed switchboard will be installed to serve new branch circuit panels. The Work includes one Additive Alternate. Construction Range: $100,000 - $500,000
