Parking Lot Headbolt Replacement Phase 1 The Work consists of replacing the headbolt outlet system for the Bunnell Parking Lot (3G). All existing headbolt posts will be demolished and replaced with new precast concrete posts. The transformer and switchboard for the west half of the lot will be demolished. The transformer for the east half of the lot will be relocated, and a new 12,470V primary feeder will be installed from the utilidor blister.
