Proposals will be scored using a qualification-based with consideration for fee selection process.
This project will be directed by the MCDR Project Manager, identified in the RFP. Only Consultants currently listed as prequalified to perform "Design - Bridges: Safety Inspection" and "Design - Bridges: Load Rating" services for the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will be considered.
