Road Paving Program - City of Aurora
The work covered by the specifications includes furnishing all labor, equipment and the noted material for street
improvements including pavement planing, partial depth pavement repairs, asphalt, resurfacing, asphalt, drive aprons, and pavement markings including all appurtenances. These improvements shall begin no later than May 1, 2023 and must attain Final Completion by July 1, 2023. All bidders and subcontractors must be ODOT prequalified in the categories required for the type of work they are to perform.

Traffic Signal Maintenance Program - City of Aurora

The approximate quantities and type of work in the site improvements for this project for which proposals will be accepted consist of the installation of 12 decorative light posts (pre-purchased and supplied by the City of Aurora), concrete bases, two indoor electrical panels, two photocells, three outdoor junction boxes, 1,426 linear feet of PVC conduit with wires, landscape restoration and maintenance of traffic. Portions of the conduit shall be bored or directionally drilled.

Heating and Ventilation System Replacement
The City of Aurora’s Central Wastewater Treatment Plant’s Tertiary Filter building’s heating and ventilation system has exceeded its expected life expectancy. Filter building contains two 40’ long by 12’ wide Traveling Bridge Filter units. This system is designed to operate in heating or ventilation mode only.
Optional site visit will be available for potential bidders Friday, October 14th at 10:00am-11:00am.
