Heating and Ventilation System Replacement
The City of Aurora’s Central Wastewater Treatment Plant’s Tertiary Filter building’s heating and ventilation system has exceeded its expected life expectancy. Filter building contains two 40’ long by 12’ wide Traveling Bridge Filter units. This system is designed to operate in heating or ventilation mode only.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: September 7, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.

Project Description: Aurora Fire Station #1 Roof Replacement.
Estimate: $250,000.00
The work covered by the specifications include furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials. The scope of work includes removal of existing shingle roof and gutters, installation of temporary membrane during construction, installation of new shingle roof and gutters, and application of Liqui Tec fluid applied membrane over the existing EPDM roof.
