Sodium Bisfulite NaHSO3 (Liquid 40% Solution-Dechlorination)------St. Tammany Parish Government (STPG) Department of Utilities (DU) is seeking a Vendor to supply Sodium Bisfulite NaHSO3 (Liquid 40% Solution Dechlorination) for multiple Wastewater Treatment Facilities located throughout St. Tammany Parish. The awarded contract is on a unit price “as needed” basis according to the specifications provided. DU reserves the right to order Sodium Bisfulite NaHSO3 (Liquid 40% Solution-Dechlorination) at any time during the year and in any quantity, with no minimum order. Each facility has been issued a Louisiana Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (LPDES) permit by the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ). DU is required to monitor and comply in accordance with these permits.

St. Tammany Parish Lot 1 Lease----In 2008, the Parish accepted a donation of 3.62-acre parcel (Lot 1 Survey – Section 7) with the donation specifying that the use by the Parish of Lot 1 property shall be for the expansion of recreational and cultural opportunities for the citizens of St. Tammany Parish. This will only allow buildings, and other supporting infrastructure in conjunction with providing recreational and cultural opportunities. The Parish is soliciting bids for the site development and operation of a recreational amenity located at Lot 1 Koop Drive, Mandeville, Louisiana 70471. The property and grounds are within the Koop Drive PUD and adjacent to the Tammany Trace and Kids Town. The Parish is seeking to provide an opportunity for qualified bidders to prepare and submit a bid to build, operate, and maintain buildings, grounds, and supporting recreational and cultural infrastructure through a ground lease on the property up to the entire 3.62-acre parcel. The goal is to ensure the proper operation and maintenance of the building and grounds are used as passive and/or active activities that will further expand recreational and cultural opportunities for the citizens of St. Tammany Parish. The Prospective Bidder should submit with their bid plans and specifications of the proposed use of the ground lease.

The airport is owned and managed by the Parish. The Parish has visions of the Airport having economic development opportunities and recognizes the need for additional development, to include T-Hanger(s) and other revenue-generating facilities. The Parish is soliciting bidders who are qualified and experienced operators/developers to provide aviation-related development on three (3) parcels identified in Section 07 as Lease Areas 1,2, and 3. Bidders must include a business plan laying out their plans for future development proposed on the identified parcels should be included with their bid. Upon approval and execution of the Lease Agreement, the successful bidder will be responsible for all onsite and offsite costs and expenses associated with the development, construction, ownership, management, and operation of the proposed project, including but not limited to planning, design, permit fees, utility charges, and all other expenses that are incurred with development.
