This contract shall include the trenchless rehabilitation of approximately 11,859 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipelines ranging in size from 8” to 10” diameter. The trenchless rehabilitation will be accomplished using an Ultraviolet light cure CIPP system.

The work under this contract shall include, but is not limited to, tree removal, excavation, base preparation, curb and gutter, driveway aprons, sidewalk, asphalt pavement, pavement marking, replacement of sanitary sewer main and structures, and replacement of storm sewer main and structures.

The Contractor shall perform repair work primarily throughout the 2nd and 6th Aldermanic Districts. A list of approved repair locations and an area map of Aldermanic District 2 and 6 has been provided within these Special Provisions for reference. The list, however, is not a final list. Additional locations may be added. Horizontal sawcut/grind locations have been marked in the field with a pink line and a white “C”. The Contractor shall horizontally sawcut/grind sidewalk to eliminate trip hazards at those locations designated by the Common Council, and as directed by the Engineer.

This project constructs up to 6872 linear feet of off-road, bike optimized, single track trail in Country Grove Park and adjacent greenways.
