Contract 9745 - MMB Flagpole Replacement

This contract is for improvements to the Engineering Services Building (ESB) Locker Room located at 1600 Emil Street, Madison, WI. The work includes, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, removal and construction of interior walls, removal and replacement of slabs on grade, and interior renovations to create 12 individual use restrooms (4 of these rooms also have showers), and a general locker room area within the footprint of the existing building.

Dewater and dredge the existing stormwater forebay located at the City of Madison Park Stricker's Pond, 7214 Longmeadow Rd. This work also includes construction of four catch basins, topsoiling and native seeding.

Work shall include, but not be limited to, replacement of a portion of the sanitary sewer main and laterals, installation of storm sewer main and structures, excavation, base preparation, curb and gutter, driveway aprons, spot replacement of sidewalk, asphalt pavement, pavement marking, and signing.

The work under this contract shall include, but is not limited to, tree removal, storm sewer pipes and structures, base preparation, curb and gutter, sidewalk spot replacement, asphalt pavement, shared-use path, improvement on pedestrian crossings, pavement marking, signing, and path lighting.
