The work under this contract shall include, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of the existing Mayflower sanitary sewer lift station, replacement of the existing force main, replacement of gravity sanitary sewer mains and structures, installation of an emergency generator, installation of a telemetry antenna tower, installation of a new site access drive, grading of the site, and restoration of the site.

This contract consists of installation of a Splash Pad and Playground at Cypress Spray Park (902 Magnolia Ln.). The Contractor shall view the site prior to bidding to become familiar with the existing conditions. The Contractor shall work with the existing utilities to resolve conflicts during the construction process.
