The existing boiler plant will be replaced entirely with two new high efficiency condensing boilers and new accessories. All heating plant equipment shall be replaced including but not limited to pumps, expansion tank, air separator, manual chemical feed, and nearby piping. Pumps to be designed with 100% redundancy. Controls to be designed around City contracted Johnson Controls as the only acceptable manufacturer to match existing system.
