GROUNDS-KEEPING SERVICES. The project is located at City of Milwaukee Safety Academy and the project is the upper roof section. The project consists 4 roof sections and work includes the removal of the ballasted EPDM/Adhered EPDM roof systems down to the structural decking. Repair and replace existing decking as needed. The contractor will install a new Adhered EPDM roof system with minor alterations, details to include new metal edge details, new expansion joint caps, and a new perimeter guardrail system. A new manufacturer warranty and installer warranty is required by the owner.
