This project on KTA (I-70) in Douglas and Leavenworth Counties is for the Mill & Inlay of mainline lanes, shoulders, interchange ramps, Lawrence Service Area ramps, Lawrence Maintenance yard, McDonald Drive, and the Eastern Terminal at MM 217 and also includes microsurfacing at the Lawrance Service Area, bridge repairs and polymer overlays on mainline bridges located at MM 199.69 EB & WB and MM 204.331 WB, pavement marking, and all other work shown in the plans.

KTA 8092
The purpose of this project is to provide a UBAS overlay of I-35, including interchanges, from MM 96.3 to MM 112.3 in Chase County. Additional work to patch portions of I-35 mainline, pave the KTA Cassoday maintenance yard (MM 92), and seal the Matfield Green service area (MM 97) is also included in this project.). Work includes ultrathin bonded asphalt surfacing (UBAS), commercial grade asphalt patching, commercial grade asphalt surfacing, sealing and all other work shown in the plans.

This project on KTA (I-470) in Shawnee County is for Signing Improvements westbound between MM 177.0 and MM 178.2. This project includes installing one overhead sign structure, footings and median barrier, relocating a side mount sign, and replacing structural sign panels on side mount and overhead signing and all other work shown in the plans.

Drainage work at KTA milepost 178.7. There is an existing 50” x 31” MACP cross road pipe that needs to replaced with an adjacent pipe. This work will be to place an adjacent 136’ of 36” Jacked Pipe with ¾” steel wall coated with a fusion bonded epoxy parallel to the east of the existing pipe using the same flowline elevations, and adding flared end sections. Then to grout the existing pipe with a modified flowable fill. Small amount of earthwork just for cleaning up the area.
