WP077801 Bender Park Sediment Abatement
Work consists of dredging sediment from the Bender Park boat launch and relocating it within the designated area of Bender Park as indicated in the project bid documents. Additional work consists of dewatering, erosion control, grading, planting, and plant maintenance.
A similar project was bid, though not awarded. This project differs from that one in that there are alternatives for less dredged volume and a longer timeframe to complete the work. Additionally, there are no residency or TBE requirements.

Work of the project consists of providing a new backup boiler and replacing existing exhaust fans at Clinton Rose Senior Center and replacing existing exhaust fans at McGovern Senior Center as indicated on Contract bidding documents.
One MANDATORY Pre-bid meeting will take place on March 9, 2021, meet at Clinton Rose Senior Center, 3045 North Martin Luther King Drive, Milwaukee, WI. Meetings and site walk through will be conducted in small groups. Masks, Health Screenings, and Social Distancing are required.
FAILURE TO ATTEND THE MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL RESULT IN BID BEING REJECTED AS NON-RESPONSIVE.
BIDDERS SHALL SUBMIT SPECIAL QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTATION WITH BID. SEE DOCUMENT 00200-INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS, ARTICLE 16.
