WP077801 Bender Park Sediment Abatement
Work consists of dredging sediment from the Bender Park boat launch and relocating it within the designated area of Bender Park as indicated in the project bid documents. Additional work consists of dewatering, erosion control, grading, planting, and plant maintenance.
A similar project was bid, though not awarded, in May of 2025. This project differs from that one in that there are alternatives for less dredged volume and a longer timeframe to complete the work.

WS0149012 Clinton Rose Senior Center Renovation
Work of the project includes predominately interior renovations to the senior center. Scope generally includes demolition of selected existing conditions and construction of new kitchen, computer lab, health rooms, activity rooms, and office space. Finish updates (flooring, walls, cabinetry, ceilings) throughout. HVAC, electrical, and plumbing updates throughout. ADA updates and reconfiguration to restrooms and entryway. The project will also include installing new curb and concrete sidewalk for accessible route from parking lot and other related infrastructure improvements as specified in the bid documents.

Z150-14449 - Milwaukee County Zoo Hoofstock Quarantine Building Re-Bidding
Contract 1: Bid Package 1 Hoofstock Quarantine Building
The Hoofstock Quarantine Building is a new building enclosure consisting of a pre-engineered (field fabricated) Post Wood Frame Building System. The new enclosure shall have two (2) overhead insulated rolling services doors (south side) and three personnel doors. The new enclosure shall have a perimeter concrete grade beam with a concrete pile cap/steel helical pier foundation system.
Inside the pre-engineered enclosure are four (4) holding stalls of concrete masonry unit (CMU) construction. The stall wall tops is 11'-4" above the finished floor line with a wire mesh ceiling. There will be a total of eight (8) sliding gates to allow the transfer of animals into or between each stall. Along the north and south side of the building are keeper corridors for zoo personnel to tend to the quarantine animals.
