Contract 1: Roof Replacement Project consists of replacing existing roof as indicated on Contract bidding documents. One MANDATORY Pre-Bid meeting will take place on March 5, 2020 at 1:30 P.M., meet at the MCTS Fleet Maintenance Hillside Facility, 1525 West Vine Street, Milwaukee, WI. FAILURE TO ATTEND THE MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL RESULT IN BID BEING REJECTED AS NON-RESPONSIVE.

Contract 1: Chiller Replacement Project consists of replacing existing chiller with Trane 300 ton Chiller along with two Chilled water pumps with new 300 ton chiller on concrete pad on grade and two new Chilled water pumps in Mechanical room. Provide new electric wiring to new chiller. The new 300 ton Trane chiller will be pre-purchased thru Procurement Department of Milwaukee County with scheduled delivery by 3/30/2020 as indicated on Contract bidding documents. MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: March 11, 2020 at 1:00 P.M., meet at the Milwaukee Public Museum student lunch room, 800 West Wells Street, Milwaukee, WI 53233. FAILURE TO ATTEND THE MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL RESULT IN BID BEING REJECTED AS NON-RESPONSIBE. BIDDERS SHALL SUBMIT SPECIAL QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTATION WITH BID. The project includes removal and replacement of 14inch concrete panels with imbedded mesh on Runway 19R. Items ancillary to the project are asphalt bond breaker patching, spall repair, concrete panel grooving, joint sealing and painting. Contract 2: Plumbing

Contract 1: Expansion Joint Replacement Work of the project consists of removal and replacement of structural slab expansion joint material and necessary slab end treatments adjacent to the joint material. Work also includes any minor repair work to the expansion joint, slab ends and concrete seat areas as indicated on Project Bidding Documents. Pre-Bid Meeting: One Pre-Bid meeting will take place on February 19, 2020 at 1:30 P.M., meet at (MKE) Milwaukee Mitchell Airport International Airport, Sijan Room located inside the Gallery of Flight Museum at the North end of the main mall, 5300 South Howell Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
