This project consists of providing all labor, equipment and material necessary for the Landfill Lift Station Improvement Project. The project includes replacement of an existing lift station, the construction of a leachate pond and other ancillary items required to complete the work.

The City and Borough of Sitka (CBS) is requesting proposals from qualified firms for the design and construction of the Gary Paxton Industrial Park (GPIP) Multi-Purpose Dock. CBS will award (if at all) this Contract utilizing a best-value, competitive Design-Build proposal process pursuant to CBS General Code, as set forth in the RFP.

The project includes construction of all water, curb & gutter, sidewalk, AC pavement and other ancillary items required to complete the work.

The project includes removal of debris, grading & resurfacing, ditching, and storm drain utilities and other ancillary items required to complete the work.
